Ideal is an Application that, among its services, acts as an intermediary for Home Ownership Loan financing and as a platform that facilitates the buying and selling (marketplace) of houses and other properties through the Application (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

We may collect information about you in various ways through the Application, including:

a. Personal Data: Personally identifiable information such as name, address, national ID number, email address, phone number, demographic information (age, gender, city of origin, interests), which you voluntarily provide when creating an account in our Application or when you choose to use the Services, including personal information contained in documents related to your financing loan application for the purchase of a house and/or other property. You are not required to provide us with any personal information, but refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain Services of the Application.

b. Derived Data: Information automatically collected by our servers when you access the Application, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you viewed directly before and after accessing the Application. This may also include your device name and type, operating system, interactions with the app and other users, and any other information you choose to provide.

c. Mobile Device Data: Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, and information about your device’s location.

3. Where We Store the Information We Collect

The information we collect may be transferred and stored inside or outside the Republic of Indonesia by parties working for us and/or our Third Parties outside Indonesia. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that such Third Parties provide appropriate protections consistent with our commitments under this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legal requirements in those countries.

For example, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan may provide income and employer data if you are an employee.

c. Marketing Communications: With your consent (or opportunity to withdraw consent), we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

d. Third-Party Advertisers: We may use third-party advertising companies to display ads when you visit the Application.
